§ 71.08. VEHICLE NOT TO BE DRIVEN ON SIDEWALKS.

(A) The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area improved for pedestrian use except at a permanent or temporary driveway.
(B) Violation of the provisions of this section shall be a criminal misdemeanor and punishable as provided in § 70.99(B).
