§ 71.07. EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR PRIVATE DRIVEWAY.

  • (A) The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk, into the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway, or onto the roadway where there is no sidewalk, and upon entering the roadway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on said roadway.
    (B) Violation of the provisions of this section shall be a criminal misdemeanor and punishable as provided in § 70.99(B).
